High School Summer Mission Trip

June 26 - July 2

Guatemala

Important Information:

Trip Dates: June 26-July 2 Trip Cost: $1,700 (approximate depending on airfare/lodging accommodations) Spots Available: 17

This will be done on a first come first serve basis based on when $50.00 trip deposit is turned in Everyone else will be put on a waiting list

Passports ARE needed for this trip

Next Steps:

Turn in $50.00 trip deposit Due Sunday, February 7

Spots are limited so turn in money sooner rather than later

Fill out Highviewʼs international mission trip application. Go to www.highview.org and click missions and then resources. You can fill it out online or print it off and turn it in to the student ministry office.

Get your passport Go to www.highview.org and click missions and then resources. Passport will cost you about $120.00 (including your picture). We suggest getting passport picture taken at Walgreens ($9.00) Start this process quickly as it will take some time to get your passport

If you wait too long, then you will have to pay additional fees to speed up the process

Begin to raise prayer and financial support

There are sample letters on our missions website (see above on how to get there). The cost of the trip may appear daunting and impossible, but you will be surprised at how many people will give money for you to go on this trip.

Donʼt let money (or the lack thereof) keep you from this trip

Check with your doctor about what types of immunizations, if any, are required/recommended
